Concurrent Session:  The Evolution of Everyday Banking

Thursday, 3 March 10:45am

The way we do our everyday banking is constantly evolving. The growth of digitisation, a global pandemic, changing customer behaviour and new ways of working are all influencing how Kiwis bank. Cheques are being withdrawn and bank branch numbers are reducing. At ASB we are responding to the changes through a focus on financial wellbeing and resiliency, and supporting customers adjust to new ways of banking, with the personal touch.  ASB’s Better Banking Workshops and mobile Community Bankers are two ways ASB is helping customers bank with confidence. Find out more in this session with Martin and Ross how we can help your residents adapt to this changing environment.
