Gráinne is the All of Government Chief Executive for Pay Equity which is operated out of the Public Service Commission. Grainne’s presentation today will cover off the work she has been leading on Pay Equity across the public sector. The insights will be particularly useful in the wider context of Pay Equity in ARC with the five year arrangement for Care and Support workers due to expire at the end of June next year. Grainne will also provide her thoughts on Fair Pay Agreements and what they might mean for ARC when implemented next year.
