Specifications for Advertisements
The advertisements are to be supplied as a 300dpi, high resolution PDF with no bleed.
If specifications are not met, they will be returned.
General Conditions For Advertising
NZACA reserves the right to reject any advertisement it may consider unsuitable for publication.
Liability for reproduction of advertisements where material is incorrectly supplied, remains with the advertiser.
Placement of material is at the discretion of the NZACA except where agreed.
Cancellation of advertising in writing by 6 August 2021.

By registering and exhibiting at the NZACA & RVA Annual Summit, exhibitors agree to the following:
All advertising at the summit venue other than within your company’s exhibition space in the trade hall, must be approved by NZACA.
Exhibitors are required to wear the summit name badges at all times while in the exhibition hall and the summit venue.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations of registrations prior to February will incur administration fee of $600 plus GST per stand will be charged for the cancellation. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Payment and confirmation of Exhibition Stand/Trestle table
The full payment of your registration is required to secure your stand/trestle table. Full payment of the invoice is due on/before the 20th of the month following invoice date. You will receive confirmation of your stand booking upon receipt of payment.
Whilst NZACA will endeavour to meet your stand preference, priority will be determined by date of receipt of payment, level of sponsorship, preference and proximity to competitors.
NZACA reserves the right to collect any unpaid monies and associated collection costs through an appropriate debt collection agency.
