Ross has 30 years Corporate and Institutional Banking experience including more than 20 years in the aged care and retirement village sectors. Ross’s main focus is to meet the varied banking needs of each owner/operator. Warick has been Chief Executive of the Masonic Villages Trust, which operates five care facilities in the Lower North Island, since 2004. Warick has spent most of his working life in the UK where he held a number of senior positions for commercial organisations providing support services to industry and the National Health Service.
Together Warick and Ross will cover banking for the aged care sector, what if anything has changed post COVID, including key points to consider when borrowing to fund a facility development or expansion.
